26 Weeks

This baby is growing 

kicking

and my belly button feels like it is gonna pop out any day 

so far pregnancy has been easy 

which probably means baby will be a handful 

we still haven't decided on a name 

why are boy names so much harder to come up with

any suggestions?

I knew I would get behind on posting what I am thankful for. So let me recap:
Thankful for the rest I received in Arizona

Haley and Jared's Wedding

Back in August 

Nathan's sister Haley got married 

We are so happy for her 

Her husbands name is Jared 

so that means there are 2 Jared's in the family 

With 2 Chelsea's and 2 Jared's 

things can get a little confusing when we are all together

usually I love weddings
Nathan calls me Mrs. Smiley
but not so much when I am pregnant and hadn't poo in 2 days because of my new Iron supplements
sorry  TMI

but anyways

the wedding weekends was probably one of the hardest for me
out of my whole pregnancy

so far
but despite me being constipated, tired, grumpy, and in a tight dress that squeezed my rib cage
I survived

well i should say Nathan survived
I apologized to Nathan for a week about my attitude during the wedding weekend
he says being pregnant is no excuse for being grumpy

and he is right
I don't remember much about the actual wedding ceremony
which is odd for be because usually I cry
but after taking an hour nap between the wedding and reception
I was on the mend

and enjoyed the reception
hense more pictures of the reception
Haley did a great job with her wedding plans

and the whole thing turned out great
We are so happy for the two of them
and wish them all the best

Day 4

Grateful for art and others creativity.
I love being inspired or challenge by a piece of work. I especially like spending time with a piece where you "see" vs. "look" at art. I find that the more you look at a piece the more you see.

Thankful Day 3

I am thankful for friends.
Friends make you laugh, feel good and help you work through your problems.

I wish I had more photos of friends on my phone. We love being your friend even if you are not pictured.

Day 2 of thanksgiving

Today I am thankful for my little sister Kaylee who has Down Syndrome. She has been such a blessing in my life. She has taught me patience, compassion, and understanding for others. Kaylee is 20 and does not speak in complete sentences or say coherent words. For a long time she called me didi and now likes to call me sister. She still needs help performing everyday activities and will remain dependent on my parents for as long as they are able and then it will fall to me. Despite all of these challenges, she is a happy, funny girl who loves to laugh and listen to music. I am so thankful to have her a part if my family and have learned so much from her.

30 days of thanksgiving

On instagram they have the challenge that you post a picture once a day of something you are thankful for. I will be lucky if I make it to thanksgiving but I will at least try it out.

Today I am thankful for the knowledge that my family can be together forever. Nathan and I had a little date at the temple tonight. We have so much to be thankful for.
